- The competition begins with the first match of the tournament, South Africa v Mexico on June 11 and runs all the way until the World Cup Final on July 11.
- Once registered, you will be sent an invitation to join the associated group at Yahoo Fantasy Sports World Soccer 2010.
- Simply log in to your page in the group and pick the winner and scoreline for all 64 games at the World Cup.
- The deadline for each pick is 5 minutes before kickoff.
- Under the default scoring system, points are awarded as follows:
Fantasy Points by Stage Correct Pick Correct Score Group Stage 2 points 1 bonus point Round of 16 (KO) 4 points 2 bonus points Quarterfinals (KO) 6 points 3 bonus points Semifinals (KO) 8 points 4 bonus points Finals (KO) 10 points 5 bonus points 3rd Place Game (KO) 6 points 3 bonus points
- Maximum Group Stage Score: 144
- Maximum Knockout Stage Score: 132
- Maximum Total Score: 276
- Ties will be broken according to the total goals in the competition which must be specified during the filling out of the entry form on this site.
