Tournament Rules

  • Before the tournament begins, pick your team of 11 cricket stars to take the field for the Fantasy World Cup.

  • Each team must have five batsmen, four bowlers, an all-rounder and a wicket keeper.

  • Each manager has a maximum of four substitutions at their disposal for the duration of the tournament.

  • Throughout the tournament, each fantasy team must have no more than four players from any single country.

  • If a player is withdrawn, any managers selecting this player will automatically be assigned their replacement, unless they e-mail the commissioner before the first game of the tournament.

Scoring details

  • 1 point per run scored.

  • 20 points per wicket taken.

  • 5 points per catch taken.

  • 5 points per run-out effected.

  • 5 points per stumping.
